DUI has an extensive service facility offering the highest quality repair services for your DUI drysuit and equipment.

Want a new pocket or abrasion pad on your drysuit?  Choose from our accessory selector.

Before you send us your drysuit, please print and complete a Service Department Order Form. Ship your DUI along with the form to: DUI, Attn: Service Department, 1148 Delevan Drive, San Diego, CA 92102-2499 or through your local DUI dealer. DO NOT INCLUDE THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM WITH THE PACKAGE. Please mail it separately to the Finance Department, fax it to (888)774-0281 or send your credit card information to DUI through the DUI Shopping Cart. DUI cannot guarantee that your credit card information is secure if you include it with the package.

Please DO NOT send any items back other than the item in need of repair.  This includes bags, knife sheaths, hoses, etc.  If you are not sure if you should include the item please send Customer Service a quick email.

DUI is not responsible for any items left over sixty (60) days.

* Any drysuit repair or service that affects the watertight integrity of the suit will incur a Test & Evaluation fee *
