It's a race!
In this race we have a Si Tech drysuit exhaust valve and an Apex's Low Profile drysuit exhaust valve.
Bob Stinton, DUI VP, Engineering shows a dump rate test using a Si Tech drysuit exhaust valve and an Apeks Low Profile drysuit exhaust valve.
We pulled two valves from inventory and using two containers we placed the valves in the bottom and both valves are in the full open position. Containers are filled with water and it's a race to see which container is emptied first.
Bob says the important part of the dump rate test is the lower portion as this most mimics the environment your drysuit valve actually operates.
