I first had the opportunity to dive a TLS350 SE, when I sent in my first drysuit, which was not a DUI, for seal replacement. I was Divemastering at the time, and Rick Smith of Toucan Dive, was generous enough to lend me one of his DUI rental drysuits until my drysuit came back. From the 1st time I donned the drysuit, I knew it would only be a matter of time before the TLS would be the only drysuit I would dive in. The versatility and durability amazed me then, as it still does now. The ease which the drysuit dons on and off, (if you're a coffee drinker, you'll appreciate how quickly you can exit this drysuit!), and the room to layer the undergarments as the water temperature dictates, make this an exposure suit that is suitable to travel the world. I've dove this suit in water from 34 degrees with heavy layers underneath, to 80 degrees with only T-shirt weight sweats, and have never been more content in the water. When working with students and being in and out of the water all day long, the TLS is lightweight and dries quickly, inside and out. I had my drysuit reinforced with the Kevlar knee pads DUI offers, and this feature is a wonderful option, especially when kneeling on training platforms. Students are fascinated with the way this drysuit performs, and when students are comfortable, they're free to concentrate on they're training. Eventually I went to work at Toucan Dive, and I sold a great number of these suits, along with a Drysuit Specialty, to many, many happy return customers. I was once told by an employee of a dive shop, as I was trying on rental wetsuits that "your body is just not wetsuit friendly!" Well guess what folks...neither is my mind! Many thanks to DUI, for giving me the opportunity to be able to expand my diving horizons in warmth and comfort from coast to coast! Safe Diving Everyone!! Tracy Oefelein
