Craig in his DUI drysuit

Dear DUI,

 A couple days ago I took delivery of the new CF200X drysuit which was the replacement suit you sent after looking over my original CF200X and the wear it had sustained. I want to express my sincere gratitude to your division and to DUI for replacing my suit. I feel this was above and beyond the call, as I had the suit for three years and made several dives with it in that length of time. These dives were made up here in the Northern waters of the Puget Sound and Canada and in underwater caves, all demanding conditions. I can't say enough good about the suit, it's comfort, warmth and dry performance. I have taken a part time job (full time I am a Firefighter Paramedic with the City of Tacoma Fire Department) at Underwater Sports where we retail your products, and where I purchased my original suit. I want you to know that I push the DUI line to anyone who will listen and I use the story of your backing my suit in customer service to make the case that your product is the absolute best money can buy. I have examined the Zip Seal system which looks very interesting and I look forward to testing that out. I promise I will take very good care of this suit (I am very fussy about the care of my equipment) and will be an ambassador for DUI to all my customers at the shop and to the divers I meet in my position of Divemaster for a local dive charter company http://www.portholedivecharters.com. You are the best, and I'll never dive anything but a DUI.
