Dear DUI,

Thank you for setting me up with a DUI TLS350 drysuit. I was one of the dive leaders at the Tacoma DOG Rally in 2006. I tried the 4XL TLS350 drysuit and it fit perfectly. I tried to get you to sell it to me on the spot but you told me I had to go through a dealer. I got it about six week later and it was worth the wait.

I have about 35 dives on my drysuit so far. I wanted to send in my suit to shorten the sleeves but I was reluctant because I tried my neoprene suit after several dives on the DUI suit and diving the neoprene drysuit was darn unpleasant. But I finally talked to Marcella (in repairs) to get the work done. She found an issue with the right sleeve. I was expecting to pay for the repairs but you did it all under warranty. This was a nice surprise because the last suit I bought (not a DUI) I had custom made and the manufacturer put the wrong pockets on and wanted to charge me to have the right pockets put on. Plus the neck was to big and he tried to make me think he was doing me a favor by fixing the neck seal for free. Your customer service lived up to it's name and I will certainly pass this on. I received my drysuit back last Friday and made three dives on it and its worked perfectly.

In addition, it is so nice to have dry hands. The ZipGloves are the only dry gloves that fit my fat hands. It has taken 4 suits but I finally have the suit setup for diving here in the 45 degree water of the Pacific Northwest: DUI TLS350, Thinsulate Ultra 400 undergarment and ZipGloves. It's so nice to do a 60 minute dive and not worry about the cold.
