Dear DUI,

Just to let you know my suit arrived yesterday and I no problems/fees at all with customs.

I have to tell you I am so impressed with the work performed both under warranty and not. It looks like a new suit! Even new knee pads, what a nice surprise. I will give it a go on a nice deep wreck this weekend.

I have been thoroughly impressed by how well I have been looked after by everyone at DUI. It was well worth the suit having a short holiday in the States. I appreciate your customer service especially to me as an instructor.

It is good to know in this electronic age you can still get good old-fashioned service! :-). I will endeavor to let my students and customers know how great the DUI drysuits are and how valuable that 7 year warranty is.
