Hi DUI,
I wanted to say thanks for getting my little Angelfish, a.k.a. divebuddy, a.k.a. wife diving with me again. This picture is her first dive in her new DUI TLS350 drysuit. The best part about diving dry is she is enjoying her time in the water.
We live in Northern Illinois and needless to say the water can be cold. We tried to get in as many dives as possible but the truth was my little Angelfish was freezing her little dorsal fins off. I was having a hard time getting her to go out and and dive again. Her 7mm wetsuit just wasn't keeping her warm at all! I even resorted to bribing her by saying "I'll have to dive alone if you don't go". Thankfully she loved me enough and went but wasn't very happy about it!
Toward the end of last year we went to a DUI DOG DayRally & Demo Tour. We tried all the drysuits DUI had and we both fell in love with the TLS350. She actually stated "this is nice, I don't mind this at all". She was staying warm and happy. Now all I have to say is let's go diving and she says sure. We have over thirty dives in our new drysuits so far and we wouldn't have started until probable this weekend, June 10th. So our DUI drysuits not only increase are time in the water but we also have a longer diving season. She is even considering an ice dive certification with me!
